Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use the Lechatan Bekavod website, including people with disabilities. The site was adapted in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG guidelines. The site was built aiming to meet WCAG 2.1 at level AA.
What we did
- Each page declares its language and text direction (Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right), so screen readers read it correctly.
- A hierarchical heading structure and marked navigation regions (header, main content, footer).
- A "Skip to content" link at the top of the page for keyboard users.
- Everything on the site, including the menu, the calculator and expandable explanations, can be operated by keyboard alone. Focus is clearly marked, and Esc closes the mobile menu.
- Every calculator field has a visible label. You can type values or use the slider, and error messages are announced to screen readers.
- Charts have a text description, and their key results are also shown as numbers. Meaning is not conveyed by color alone.
- Text color contrast was checked and meets the required ratio.
- Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content, and the site is adapted for phones.
- Animations are disabled for anyone who set "reduce motion" in their system preferences.
- Links that open in a new tab are announced as such to screen readers.
- The floating button on mobile can be closed and does not cover the offer area or the bottom of the page.
Known limitations
- The account-opening buttons lead to the Excellence Trade website. That site's accessibility is the company's responsibility and is not under our control.
- In the calculator chart, the exact value for each year is shown visually only. Its summary (total deposits, hypothetical value and gap) is shown as text.

Testing
The site was tested in Chrome at screen widths of 320, 360, 390, 768 and 1440 pixels, and with the automated testing tool axe. The latest test was on November 1, 2026.
Physical accessibility
Lechatan Bekavod has no office or premises open to the public, so there are no physical accessibility arrangements.
